When us mere mortals think of celebrities, we usually have extremely grand images of perfection, both in beauty and behavior. But when we witness them doing really human things like getting angry, it’s suddenly a big deal (don’t get me wrong, we LOVE big deals).
Example: Comedian Mike Epps recently tweeted, “THEY SAID SHAQ WAS HUMPING ON @KevinHart4Real on the show lol is that true?”
Epps proceeded to insinuate that Hart was a sell out and decided to keep it real by saying, “SOMTIMES IT’S NOT HATIN IT’S JUST TRUE.”
The worst is, these couple of tweets inspired fans to do a “Who’s Funnier?” routine followed by a line of pointless hashtags. And of course, Epps retweeted all the ones that claimed he was way funnier than Kevin Hart.
Meanwhile, two days later, Hart finally decides to dish it out to Epps, and boy does he do it. He starts off with, “I just checked my twitter & noticed that @TheRealMikeEpps has been talking shit…operation destroy u is now in session.” In the span of about an hour, Hart sent out ten tweets serving a huge piece of “operation destroy u” towards Epps. Below is a screenshot of the best ones.
Epps’s biggest mistake was that he involved his fans – not the greatest move only because he has a little over 1.5 million followers while Hart has almost 7 million. Nevertheless, we’re always down to witness celebrities acting like they’re in a rap battle!
